GGSportsPro was created by Armen Balyan, a former professional goalkeeper from Armenia who knows what the position demands.
As a young player, Armen remembers how hard it was to find goalkeeper gloves that were both affordable and good quality. For many young keepers, strong gloves were too expensive, while cheaper gloves often lacked comfort, protection, and breathability.
His goal was simple: create goalkeeper gloves that kids, youth players, and serious keepers could trust without overpaying.
GG stands for Golden Generation.
The name represents the next wave of goalkeepers: young players learning the game, training hard, building confidence, and chasing big saves.
GGSportsPro exists to support those keepers with gloves that feel comfortable, perform well, and help them enjoy the game.
After becoming a professional goalkeeper, Armen wanted to give back to the position that shaped his life. He understood the importance of gloves that fit well, grip properly, protect the hands, and feel comfortable during long training sessions and match days.
When Armen came to the United States, he noticed many parents and young goalkeepers were buying gloves based only on price or appearance. Many did not know what materials were being used, how breathable the gloves were, or how much protection their hands needed.
